Margo Wratten

Principal Occupational Therapist

Margo is an AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist with more than 20 years’ experience working alongside children, teens and young adults across disability, education, early intervention and complex NDIS systems. She combines clear, down-to-earth communication with a deeply compassionate, neuro-affirming approach. Margo is passionate about turning complex functional needs into practical, achievable supports that fit naturally into everyday routines at home, school and in the community.

    Jill Ireland

    Principal Psychologist

    Jill is an AHPRA-registered Psychologist with over 25 years’ experience across disability, education, early intervention and NDIS systems. She creates a safe, welcoming space where children, young people and young adults can explore their emotions, identity and lived experiences at their own pace. Using a trauma-informed and neuro-affirming lens, Jill supports emotional resilience, self-understanding and meaningful participation at home, school and in the community.
