Our Services and Specialities

I Work With Individuals, Couples, Families, & Groups

Occupational Therapy

Our Occupational Therapy services support children, teens and young adults to build confidence and independence in their everyday lives. We focus on sensory processing, emotional regulation, executive functioning and daily living skills such as routines, self-care and participation at school and in the community. Using a neuro-affirming, strengths-based approach, we work alongside families, schools and support networks to create practical strategies that fit real life.

Psychology

Our Psychology services provide warm, neuro-affirming and trauma-informed support for children, teens and young adults. We help with anxiety, emotional regulation, school avoidance, identity, and social-emotional development, always prioritising emotional safety and connection. Working closely with families, schools and support teams, we support young people to better understand themselves and develop tools for wellbeing and resilience.

Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)

Our Functional Capacity Assessments provide clear, NDIS-aligned information about a person’s strengths, challenges and support needs across daily living, communication, learning, social participation and community access. Using a combination of formal tools, observation and collaboration with families and support networks, we develop practical recommendations that directly inform NDIS planning, reviews and support coordination. Reports are written to be accessible, thorough and genuinely useful in real-world decision-making.
